发帖数: 25 | 1 EB2->EB3 concurrently filed on 1/31/14 with my wife's I-485 filed together,
PD 02/10/2011.
Did SR on my wife's I-485 on 1/2/15. Now SR response stated my wife's I-485
was based on my EB2 I-140, not my EB3 I-140!!! How could this mistake be
made?
Tried to call USCIS and still waiting for call back. Any other suggestions?

最好确认你的是正确的first。 这个只有你自己能打电话要求确认和更改。
如果不正确，就在电话上file request要求更正。最好准备好你的EB3 140 receipt# | i******4
