I140
IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER and we e-mailed you a notice
describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions
on this notice. This case is being processed at our NEBRASKA SERVICE
CENTER location. The overall status shows acceptance.
My lawyer received an email:
The Nebraska Service Center has received the following I140 that had been
filed under the Premium Processing Service.
Date Received: 03/11/2014
The Nebraska Service Center will adjudicate this case within
15 calendar days of the "received date" set forth above.
If approved, you will receive e-mail notification of such.
If we require additional evidence, we will fax said request to the fax
number provided on your completed I-907 Request for Premium Processing Form.
The PP Fee is cashed on 3/14/2014.
请问我的pp接受了吗？我的 PP RD 是 3/11/2014 还是3/14/2014？大概什么时候能有
结果啊？我得regular I140 是在12/24/2013接受的，为什么USCIS显示3/14/2014呢？
如果是因为PP,上面都没有提到pp的事情。 |

今天case更新，说要求Request For Evidence.
On March 21, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this
case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence
requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either
receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you
submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified
by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of
Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our
customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
请问yoyo，降级，一般Request For Evidence要求什么材料啊？我的EB2 I140在2011就
Approve了，不知道这个需要什么材料 |

的材料。

USCIS需要多久处理RFE in PP. 在RFE前他们已经处理了11天，接收到RFE后，他们会需
要额外4天还是15天做决定呢？ |

发帖数: 603 | 22 楼主不用太担心了，基本上uscis就是拖延，可能是没有找到你的perm原件，用rfe来拖
下时间，这样他们能内部找到perm。至于4天还是15天真的不关键了，你希望给他们足
够的时间找到perm，然后你的140基本就是时间的问题，4天还是2个礼拜，会批的。
