My I-485 case is in TSC.
My PD is in the second half of March 2007, and supposed to be current in
August 2011.
I have not changed job/title since my GC process started.
No RFE so far.
One FP in summer 2009.
Just got H-1B renewal petition approved on June 15, 2011.
Not sure if my case has been pre-adjudicated or not, but someone on this
board said even if it has been pre-adjudicated, the IO who will open the
cabinet and review your case when you are current could still issue an RFE
about employment verification.
I have a question: Will approval on my recent H-1B renewal (in June 2011)
help on eliminating a possible RFE (in August 2011) about employment
verification? I know they are different service centers (the H-1B was
handled in CSC), but does anyone know whether the IO at TSC can view all my
immigration-related information (including my H-1B renewal that shows the
willingness of my employer to keep me on the position in the future) such that
he won't think it's necessary to issue such an RFE, because the date of the
H-1B renewal approval is just 2 months prior?

internally.
