Can anyone answer me or had any experience? (Sorry I can't input Chinese now

We filed 485 in 2007 based on my LD's EB3, but the date is not current yet.
I guess we need wait more than 6 months.
Based on my own job, my PERM and 140 already approved, my EB2 now is current
this month. Can we submit I-485 based on my EB2? Will there be any trouble
or confusion? We really want to speed up and get the GC ASAP.
Please advise. Thanks! |

had long delay (almost a year after his wife got hers) to get his GC due to
