It is more reasonable that Feb, 2012 VB has only EB2CI current.
If EB2CI current, it should have rule that no EB2-140/485 concurrent filing.
It means that only approved Eb2-140 is current. |

before. But if it had been current since, what's the problem?
It's better for everyone to submit 485 and wait in line rather

按RD排队即可，容易得很。
