说是要两样东西：
1. Please submit the birth certificate with English translation and any
affidavits.
2. Submit evidence to estabilish that you maintained your nonimmigrant
status in teh United States beginning on month/year and ending on month/year
. This evidence may include the following:
(a) A photocopy of Approval Notices (Form I-797) for all extension and
change of status.
(b) A photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1)
Student Status-For Academic and Language Students or Form I-20M-N,
Certificate fo Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Exchange Visitor Status (Form DS
-2016, formerly IAP 66) school records (front and back, including all school
annotations);
(c) A photocopy (front and back) of your Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94
).
Birth Certificate我已经交过了，是国内做的那种四页的公证。我看好象别人也有因
为这个被RFE的。
第二，它说的时间我是我F-1到美国的第一段时间，有I-20，也给过了律师了，但是入
境I-94已经没有了，因为中间回过两次国，当时没经验没复印留底，现在交上去的I-94
是最后一次入境的。问一下这个会是问题吗？谢谢。 |

发帖数: 1403 | 5 你当年，到学校OIPS有没有给学校留底。有的话，学校OIPS应该有你的I－９４等的
copies。我的入境I－９４也交上去了给USCIS了，后来打电话给当年学校的OIPS，结果
他们还有底，就给我scan了，email过来了。
打电话，试一下吧。
