然后反复确认过的。朋友的perm都是自己找律师办的，不像这里大多数人必须是公司办
，所以不知道很正常。是perm，不是140

无所谓啊，我说的是事实，我就是提供一个快捷的方式而已。在这个版上，我从来不说
没有根据的话。这事就是我身边的朋友办的，而且朋友的PD是2007年11月的，以前是公
司出材料自己办一切，包括H1B。现在换公司了，而且H1B和正在办PERM的公司不是一个
公司，我以前也不知道这样都是可以的。我们都不是律师，很多事都不清楚。

Foreign Labor Certification Questions and Answers
How long will the employment-based visa process take?
Depending upon the nature of the program the process for filing could vary
between months and years. To be of assistance, we have provided on our Web
site the current processing times in the DOL regions and states. Currently,
the process to obtain an employment based temporary labor certification (H-
2A, H-2B) usually may take months through the state agency and the DOL
regional office. However, H-1B processing usually only takes seven working
days. The process to obtain an employment based permanent labor
certification can sometimes take up to several months after completing the
necessary recruitment steps and filing the application with the National
Processing Center. The PERM Processing Times are updated monthly and
available for view at http://icert.doleta.gov.
For the employment-based permanent visa, the USCIS may take up to an
additional 9 months to process the request. USCIS will provide "premium
processing" for some visa categories with an additional fee.

the House on 10/11/2011
Rep. Raul Labrador of Idaho introduced yesterday in the House H.R.3146 to
promote innovation, investment, and research in the United States. This bill
is cosponsored by: Rep Robert Dold of IL, Rep Tim Griffin of Arkansas, Rep
Dennis Ross of Florida, Rep James Sensenbrenner of Wisconsin, and Rep Kevin

This bill talks about levying fees ($295) for Labor Filing, Premium
Processing for PERM ($1000 extra), timelines for adjudicating PERM cases (
within 120 days or something, notice within 30 days, premium processing
within 30 days etc), Streamlining the enitre DOL PERM processing.
It is nice to hear at least such Bills are being proposed. Whether they get
passed or not is another story. But looks like the Govt. is taking
Employment Based Immigration Reform quite seriously. |

很快，不到1个月。第二次11年初办的，也是说加急，但接到补材料的信，弄下来也7个
月。这次是刚刚办，换了律师，没有加急了。从头到尾不知道这加急是怎么回事。好吧
，我错了，从现在的情况看PERM没有加急。为了不继续误导大家，我把前面的回帖加注

发帖数: 216 | 17 PERM is a PROCESS, over a period of time. Each stage has a definitive
legally required window, e.g.:
Ads = 30 days
Cooling = 30 days
plus prevailing wage etc.
The result of each stage determines the next stage.
Therefore, it is absolutely impossible to have any kind of so called "
premium" service.
Anybody mentioning "premium" service for PERM has no clue what he is talking
about. It is not about filing something and let the government process it
at a faster speed with additional fees; it is about test the labor market,
as a due diligence, to provide evidence to support labor certification.
Key word: CERTIFICATION - it is through this process that the damn labor
condition is certified and ready to be forwarded to 移民局。 From there on,
we can talk about filing some paper work and premium service.
