但是这个文件是寄去的，因此是govt error。不知是律师做错撒谎，还是政府真的刁难
。MTR交上去2个月了，没回音，也不知道DOL是否承认govt error。
网上讨论MTR的很少，承认govt error率，拒率，都找不到。只知道转了Balca就凶多吉
少了。H1b只剩1年半，不知道该等，还是从头再来。问律师，他两手一摊，说这个决定
你自己作。在公司苦干3年了，最后这个结局，唉。 |

拒了，就是不ADUIT 也要用半年到一年，可现在的PERM 速度快赶上火箭了，几天，十
天半个月就批了。我想现在肯定还有09 年的在等。 |

much less perms were filed during that period. Maybe you only got delayed
for several months finally. |

40k Indians got PERM approved during this time and most of them are EB2.
Plus the NIW applicants. The number won't be small at all!
