what about we start with a proposal on key items that we like to
add to the bill
1. Clear all the eb backlogs asap by recapture all the wasted quota in the
previous years since 19xx
2. Eliminate per country limit
3. Increase eb caps and separate it from fb, family members of eb do not
consume eb quota
4. If you have an us degree you can apply for an ead and can renew every
three years
until you get Greencard
5. If you have a green card , and you have paid income tax for at least 5
years, then you can apply for us citizenship immediately |
