Note the rapid forward march of China EB 2 and Worldwide EB 3. Charles
Oppenheim indicated in our meeting in May that we should continue to see
rapid advances in EB 3, and moderate forward movement for China EB 2, but
not to expect advances in the India EB 2 until very close to the end of the
fiscal year, and then only a few weeks. |

Of course, if Comprehensive Immigration Reform passes, the backlogs will be
history for the time being, through a combination of recapture of old unused
visa numbers, diverting DV lottery numbers to employment based immigrants,
exclusion of EB dependents, EB 1, Ph.D holders, certain physicians, and
others from the quota. We’ll keep you posted. |

不过现在又回到原来的公司等卡,工资就不一样了！
有EAD还是不一样的,别浪费．．．
