consular processing in Guangzhou?
My 1-140 was approved in 2010, PD already became current in August 2013. Due
to laid-off, I had changed my status to B2. Now I got an offer, but not
from the employer who had sponsored me I-140. Can get the green card through
consular processing instead of I485?
I'm asking because I had used up the 6 year H1-B, am not sure if it will be
approved if I apply with the new employer.

发帖数: 2769 | 2 走CP也必须用原来的offer才可以。如果你原来的公司不打算雇你了CP也不可能批准你
的移民签证。
凭有效且排期未到的I-140即可更新H-1B每次3年。排期到了的话，可以根据AC21的另一
条款更新，但每次就只有1年了。
