我今天特意把我的PERM找到. 发现以下信息.
请已经办过的有类似背景的给点建议.
4: Education: minimum level required: Master’s
5. Is training required in the job opportunity? No
6. Is experience in the job offered required for the job? No
7. Is there an alternate field of study that is acceptable Yes
Civil Engineering or related
8. Is there an alternate combination of education and experience that is
acceptable? No
我的PD 是 2012.7. 我的律师比较保守.如果能上的话考虑要不要换律师/
请大家多给点建议. 看着今天的EB3的排期. 心里不蛋定了.就怕今年的EB2放水冲不去

Other lawyers said my case can be downgraded, 为毛我的律师 said no?! Anyone
tried to persuade their own lawyer to do the downgrade or use a different
lawyer? Thanks for any suggestions helping me move forward!! |

可以办，尽快办。任何EB2都可以，与PERM的job requirement基本无关。才见到一个批
了的case还是scientist title, 要求PHD的。
晚了EB3排期倒退就交不了485了。
