I asked my lawyer to require physical mail resume only in my PERM
advertisement. I get the following reply from the lawyer.
"Please note that the recruitment instructions are set by your company, and
can not be altered. your company's goal is not to limit the applicant pool
but rather to conduct a good faith recruitment campaign in compliance with
the United States Department of Labor regulations.
If your company's normal recruitment process included mail-in application
instructions, this would not be an issue. However, as this is not the
company's normal application process, it will not be utilized for PERM
recruitment. Candidates will be directed to company's website to in order
to apply. "
How could I persuade the lawyer to require physical mail resume application
only in the advertisement? |

低申请人数，在技能的具体要求上做文章，而不是在申请方式上做文章。
而且如果要求纸面resume，很可能一个申请人都没有，你以为你的perm必定过么？肯定
直接以frault被拒，因为不合理，除非你是什么非常非常冷门的专业。
建议你好好添加广告里面的技能要求，所有细节都加上，这样就方便把所有申请人都据

email地址帖，律师都被骂死。
