MXX（HM） and I（HR） are very disappointed to tell you that the position we
had open has been put on hold for the next month or two. We are well aware
the timing of the position going on hold means we will lose you to another
company….sadly we have no other choice at this time. MXX was very
impressed with your background and wants you to know you have a very bright
future no matter where you decide to go and we all wish you the very best in
your career choice.
That said if at some time in the future you enter the job market again and
want to look at opportunities AMD might have for you…definitely reach out
to MXX or myself and hopefully the timing will be better!!

之前本来说答应给onsite，但是他们说这周没时间（要赶产品），我就说下周我也有两
个面试也没时间，问可不可以推到下下周。。。然后今天就等来这玩意。。。是不是我
确实拖得太晚了（我也不想但下周真是没办法）。。还是因为他们突然recruit frozen
了。。。桑心死了啊。。。。哭。。。
顺便问下该怎么回复。。。 |

发帖数: 229 | 3 谢谢指导、、、现在心里好受多了，主要是HM和team member电面的时候给了很
positive的feedback，所以一直把他们家作为dream company准备，还自学了OpenCL,
OpenGl的基础；现在突然说没就没，心里面难免有点失落。

好有一个面试的感觉很好。
不要伤心和责备自己，和你耽误一个星期没有任何关系。
市场上都是利益和现实，没有什么DREAM 公司。 |

发帖数: 229 | 8 其实我说AMD是dream不是因为他家有多强，只是因为他是我面试这么多家以来，对我态
度最好的（电面一点技术问题都没有，我还觉得奇怪了，就直接问他们，他们说一看你
就qualify for onsite了所以不问。。。），所以一直觉得去他家希望比较大。而且觉
得吧虽然他家CPU是很搓但是GPU还可以的（我申请的GPU组，虽然我觉得光GPU牛逼也没
啥用） |
