Nash bargaining?
另外,是不是cooperative game和non-coopertative game都可能会有Nash
equilibrium?
我对经济学有点兴趣,问的问题要是太粗浅请勿拍砖。 |

U*****e 发帖数: 2882 | 3 Nash bargaining game is non-cooperative. It assumes that each individual
wants to maximize his own pay-off, i.e. the solution must be self-enforcing.
While in cooperative game, this assumption is replaced by that the solution
is enforced by any outsider, even if some individual does not like it.
By the same reason, Nash equilibrium is a solution concept of non-
cooperative game.

Nash Bargaining game is of course co-operative game. The two players do not
maximize their own individual utility, but the product of their utility
surplus. However, though formulated as a cooperative game, it is the limit
case of Rubinstein Bargaining game when the time delay converges to zero.

games. This game allows binding contracts so it is cooperative.

g solution and Nash bargaining game. Who told you Nash bargaining game is a
cooperative game? Bear in mind that cooperative and non-cooperative are used
to describe solutions, not games. Try google or wiki.
Btw, this board is for discussion, mind your attitude.

But I guess the concept of Nash bargaining game has been evolving. I checked
Nash 1953 after seeing the impolite post. Nash clearly called his two-
person bargaining game a cooperative one (as he assumed the agents can talk
to each other and the contract is enforceable.)
Then on the other hand, I vaguely remember some current paper on non-
cooperative solutions of Nash Bargaining game even with incomplete
information (If agents can talk and are cooperative, incomplete information
