发帖数: 1292 | 3 multiservice router 上面有个DB方便多啦，user 大概不care, development 时候应
该方便很多， 比如有数据存储，备份，failover management 等工作就不用考虑太多
相关方面的问题吧，象那些config file, local profile/AAA 数据等, performance/
scale 也好了吧 |

据库存取。
AAA数据不可能存在本地吧。

不是说in memory 吗，应该不会做猛写的傻事。 说AAA就是个简单的比如local 设置的
user account，profile等这都是允许的。 当然要deploy large system 肯定得有真正
意义的外部AAA接口。 总之有些东西反正要存，存DB 也是存，自己搞个format也是存,
DB 提供一个level 的robustness and feature 吧

发帖数: 17771 | 7 开始以为是用来存放forwarding table, ACL等等这些东西的，如果像你说的只是存放
一些local profile，好像用处不太大啊，当然不是说没有用处，感觉还不够麻烦的

发帖数: 1038 | 10 there is some type of mini-database for embedded system. our product also
has it to keep track of testing results etc. I think for routers it may
also be useful to keep some trace, etc in a more sorted manner. hehe.
