作机会也就转到那边去了,当然数量在工程中减少了,因为效率提高了,但不是消亡了。
相反,人们更加依赖网络了,会把更多的东西放到网络上,总体是提高了对network
engineers的要求。

按你的说法,cloud computing只是把各个公司里面的data center/server/network/
application全部搬到cloud里面,公司只需要一个WAN connection和简单的access
switch,是不需要IT team,
不过这不是说这些人不要了,而是全部outsource到cloud provider去了,只是你的工
作应该是去那边去找,就算效率提高了,总需求人数减少了,
但是另外一个方面,以前很多traffic是internal的,现在全部搬到wan + internet上
,对network要求更高,对network engineer是好事。

我们这里的客户基本都有专职的技术支持部门,有大有小,典型的如金融行业,大中院
校,地方政
府,制造业..... 我感觉特别是学校和地方政府,纯粹“人傻钱多速来”类型的,大多
数不懂,少数
装着懂实际上两句话就露怯,极个别的真懂行。这些人都还有饭碗,怕啥。

这几天正好换工作,简单的要命的工作里,人事就成堆。
你如果对某类型的人不感兴趣,胆敢忽视,他就一定找问题给你。
我就琢磨,大概任何一个人心理都有一把锁,如果总能找到钥匙,
就好了。大部分人的思维方式是“明白我的人,就是明白人”
清理心态,学习功课。

求,然后人员再就业,大部分时候,人员只是从一个公司到另一个公司。
BTW,PSTN for voice is quite expensive, and IP solution is not easy as it
looks like。 |
