最近转了Verizon FIOS, 发现上当了，访问中国网站极慢。先从verizon 到UUNET,
然后再转sprint, 到达中国后再接中国的ISP, 至少要24 hops, 而且有significant
packet loss
www.yahoo.com.cn 5% loss
www.sina.com.cn 13%
www.cmfu.com 13%
some novel websites 29% almost connectionless (no connection:)
看来还是要转回原来的ISP, 那时他们有直接peering with China Telecom,
no packet loss.
大家share一下你们的packet loss? 是哪个ISP? |

what are they going to use in phase II? redback?

过不管怎么样，你这个packet loss也太高了，是不是取样太少？俺试了几个都是0%
packet loss。
虽然FiOS phase 1目前还用的是Juniper ERX，传说非常不稳定，Verizon已经决心淘汰其
了但是也不至于这么差吧。
