She answered: You can back out for any reason by 9/30.
Questions:
1) without any reason = for any reason? which one is better? i am afraid "
without any reason" is chinglish.
2) before = by? i wished i had the 语感 to use by, which emphasized 9/30 is

- which means, on or before 9/30, you can back out.
