评审意见，这个网上状态已经好长时间了，没有任何状态更新或者收到任何消息，是不
是这种情况主编迟迟不做决定表示最后十有八九要被拒呢？
大家有什么这方面的经验吗？ |

ED decision" for 2 months. emailed them once after 1 month. no response.
emailed them again after another month saying my tenure review is coming up
and would be grateful if they could expedite the decision process blah blah
and got a response in 2 days. turned out to be minor revision.

Your manuscript is currently with the Editor for decision. You should expect
to hear from us shortly.
请问这种情况是否还要再回信催催他们呢？还是再耐心等待一段时间呢？
秘书会有结果shortly，这一般大概是多久啊？
