to my work.
当你还在努力把conference paper的实验在进一步研究，希望变成journal paper的时候，别人已经抄好，发了。

发帖数: 61 | 7 I am totally shocked by the indifference of the editor of the journal.
I sent an email to report plagiarism to the editor. Here is the editor's
reply
"I'd suggest you to contact the Publisher, and in turn they will contact the
editors of the special issue. I am sure they will be able to resolve the
issue."
It sounds like this is not his business. At least, I think he should be
serious about it and help to forward this to the publisher.

发帖数: 3109 | 9 if it's a special issue, it's not edited by the editor of the journal, but
by guest editors. you ought to be able to find their names in that
particular issue of the journal. the review process for special issues is
generally less rigorous than that for regular issues, and i suspect that may
have contributed to this. you should indeed contact the publisher, since
your copyright has been violated, and it's the publisher that deals with
copyright issues.
