offer letter后签字接受之前，还能不能再找Dean要求再涨点工资呢？也就几K的样子
，应该没什么太大的空间了
这样做是否合适呢？是不是不太professional呢？电话里已经意向性的同意了，然后签
字前又要求再涨点工资，会激怒对方学校吗？怕得罪那些头头以后进去以后也不利长远

By the way, would you mind telling your salary and major?
Mine is $86K 9 months in ECE. I didn't negotiate salary, and regret that.
But since I've signaled that I'm done with the negotiation, I am not going to
negotiate that.

So I shouldn't negotiate the salary any more?

发帖数: 117 | 5 An oral agreement is also an agreement, especially when you are nobody.
Besides, even if you ask again, I think dean would say no or at most give
you 1K.
Among engineering, CS and ECE are paid most. If you are not in CS and ECE,
you should be happy with $80K if it is a public school.
