appointment” 是否可以从第二次 Tenure-Track开始算起？
以下是DARPA的官方要求： “Participation is limited to untenured Assistant or
Associate Professors within 5 years of appointment to a tenure-track
position at a U.S. institution of higher education or equivalent at a non-
profit science and technology research institution.”
