see that they were quiet. Yesterday, one ran to my office and complained
about me being unfair to him aggressively. I tried to stop him and explain
that he misunderstood me. But he interrupted me every time when I spoke and
complained things unreasonable at all. That irritated me, so I asked him to
shut up. Then he stopped talking finally.
Am I wrong? what should I do? and how to deal with aggressive students like

告诉他你了解了他的想法了，虽然他肯定存在misunderstanding，让他冷静一下，写个
email告诉你他有哪些意见，为什么觉得不公平，你才可以处理。然后立刻报备program
director。

did not allow him to do a late quiz but asked others to do that. In fact,
others did a late homework, not a quiz. |
