大家有没有碰到这种情况？ 辛辛苦苦写了，然后这个program没钱fund any? | o****9

发帖数: 57 | 4 我就有过这样的经历，proposal 被评选胜出， 但program 说木有钱了，第二年优先考
虑，可是第二年这个 program 不见了， 呵呵。
