了，Tony和Beachbody这几年也会有很多新体会的吧。

现在膝盖下楼还没有完全自如，估计还是得继续练我现在的CLX/TF Hybrid。还有
Insanity Asylum买了也还没练。我发觉我要做的事情实在太多了，除了这些外，还
要继续跑步，更想花时间练一段heavy weights。还有引体向上也得练。昨天想了
很久下一步的计划，还是没有结果。：（

也不知道他们说的靠不靠谱。我反正是先预订了再说，迟早总是要买的。
我这轮的CLX/TF Hybrid加跑步，也要到10月底才能完。
