My Paypal account experienced a temporary restriction yesterday. In order to
get around with Paypal, I refunded him a relatively large amount of money I
received from him. Yesterday he has already received the BB GC that I mailed to him
last Friday. Even before the refund is cleared on his Paypal account, he re-sent me the money to my BOA account quickly.
