My Paypal account experienced a temporary restriction yesterday. In order to
get around with Paypal, I refunded him a relatively large amount of money.
Yesterday I mailed him the Walmart GC, with a Tracking number, so he has NOT
received it yet. He re-sent me the money to my BOA account a minute after I
refunded him.
