一体成型和菱形纹的，刚开始不沾度 Turk > Mauviel > de buyer，以后可能都一样好
开锅难度 de buyer > Mauviel > Turk
用的效果差不多，de buyer 最重

的东西，会起化学反应，可是我煎鱼煎羊排啥的都会要么加点酒or加点醋，那是不是就

大叔以过来人的身份给你们科普一下。
铁锅：易生锈，擦干，保持通风干燥。
砂锅：不宜接触酸性东西，酸和砂锅的铅会发生化学成分。所以不要买那些花里花俏的
锅碗瓢勺，含铅。
不粘锅：不宜炸食物。
不锈钢锅：不宜用碱性洗涤剂。
