don't have to run the ball to set up their passing game (may very well be the
only team in NFL now). Their short passing game works just like a running play
when gannon is accurate. Also it is not like they can not run the ball. they
can run the ball when they truly want to. Wheatley is power enough to run
between tackles, and gardner has the speed to run off tackles. And they the
best short yardage guy in Crocket.

the raiders offense, bucs have to generate enough peneration up front and
flush Gannon out of pocket. But they can not afford blitz too much cause
gannon is too good and eventually he is gonna get you. i think, this game is a
battle of lines. If raiders OL can hold bucs dl, raiders win, otherwise, bucs
on top.
As far as the bucs running game, it is no where near what Gruden wants to be.

Bucs have a superb DL and LB corp. With DBs playing deep
Bucs still put enough pressure on opponent QB by DL.
Bucs have the best LB corp in the league. They will cover
the vacancy behind DL and the middle of field near the
LOS. That's why Derrick Brooks is so important and the key
to this defense.
The key to the SB game for Bucs is how their LB play. DL
will not have many chances to hit or sack Gannon given Raiders
are playing WCO. (This
