Try "Medieval Total War", Got it today, played for 2 hours, so far felt this
is much improved version of "Shogun, Total War", the turn based part is kind
like SanGuo now, have tons of special unit to play with, also need to deal
with 3 kind of religion, and the generals now have RPG kind feel to them,
since all generals are assigned vice and virtue, which can be good or bad,
for example: I just won a battle against the French, captured 104 men from the

As for console, I still like the XBOX games better, especially those port from
PS2s, most of them are better than their PS2 conter part...
Oh, about "Medieval Total War", Just want to add I just read the readme file
come with the game, it states that Vices and virtues emerge as a result of (a)
gameplay events triggered by the player's actions and (b) over time as a
general gets older.
For example: Spend time building up farmlands in every/most provinces and the
