比如说0 handicap的球员，在标准杆72杆的球场的成绩一般就是72杆，如果他常打出73
杆的成绩，那就是1 handicap；如果我说我是5 handicap的球员，那我的成绩在这个球
场一般是在72+5=77
问一个球员水平高低，handicap index是个最权威的办法；两个球员的比较一般也是这
样来比；两个handicap不一样的球员在一起比的时候，比如我是5，另外一个是7，那我
需要让2杆给他才可以一起来比较。
当然，这是最简单的说法，还有很多具体的因素，比如球场的raing/slope，将这些因
素综合考虑後，才能来给出客观的让杆数。
另外球场的18个球洞各自也有handicap index来比较逐洞的难度。
