I have been watching posts from pros like ET all the time.
ET suggested Taylormade RAC OS-2 for beginners. I have been playing a mix of
cheap iron clubs for more than a year. I broke 100 now, around low 90s. I
decided to award myself a good set of irons.( I have been playing Cleveland
Hiborne driver).
I read the review aboutn RAC OS-2. It seems that it is a nice set for
slicers coz it makes special compensation for most beginners who tend to
slice. My tendency is to hook the ball, though. | p***t

Full Review
As a PGA Professional on the Taylor Made playing staff I was able to go out
to their headquarters and test some of their products for the upcoming
season. I wanted to get a feel for the RAC OS2 irons so that I could coe
home and tell my members what benefits they may see in using these clubs.
As the OS2 name suggests, this is the second generation of these over sized
irons. The tuning cartridge was made a little larger in this version whi

发帖数: 10701 | 3 now I am a hard-core fan of ping. so g5 is a good choice as well.
the reason I strongly recommended tm os2 was the compromise of its price and
its performance.
honestly, iron technogology didn't change that much since 10 years, from my
personal experience. it's not worth it to spend too much money on it. so
pick one set and just stick to it and find a right swing.

发帖数: 10701 | 4 as far as your hook is concerned, you know what? when most amatuers are
fighting with the right side of green/fairway, and pros are fighting with
the left side.
I guess the reason that you hook a lot is still the swing thing. most likely
, u use ur arm to swing the club too much. so just try to slow down your
shoulder a little bit, and turn the hip faster a little bit, u'll hit
straighter.
remember one thing, golf swing is just about coordination between low body
and upper body, it's a simple ph

Thank you very much! You are absolutely right about my hook. I started with
using only my arms for swing. I did not have a trainer for golf. And I used
to hook a lot, a lot, almost every swing. The past half of the year, I
started to move my hip before turn my shoulder, according to Ben Hogan's
book. It did improve my results. I am now hitting a lot straighter. But,
still I am fighting the left curve a lot. The good part is that it can be
called a draw in most of the times.

hook. But the equipment plays a major role for the ball flight too. My
usually ball flight of irons is staight or fade, hardly hit draw or hook.
But recently, i hit with another set of iron whose lie angle is more upright
than my current set, suddenly, 80% of the shot went to left with some ugly
hooks. So my point is, maybe a properly fitting session can resolve the

of Ping irons with other iron set, you will get some rough ideal. Good luck
