back swing. 开始我还以为他认错人了或者跟我打酱油呢，回家路上想了想好象有点道
理。你back swing再用力，forward swing的时候也没变快。
不知道向前向后swing的速度有关系没？ |

。压缩越多，
能量积聚越多。

if you do some music beat counting:
swing| .....|...set| throu|
or
take away | ..... |....set at top| ... impact|
you just have to try to discover your own rhythm...
you can try to vary it, find the rhythm you are most comfortable with and
hit the shot most flush...

发帖数: 815 | 10 我教练也是这么跟我说的，back swing太快。我现在挥杆口中默念1-2-3，back swing
到头，然后2(use hip to initiate the down swing)-2-3(finish).
It has been couple of months, still working on it. |

in pros, i think AK back swing is relatively fast, but his back swing is
short and compact.

almost no stop and immediately going forward. Probably the reason my chest
hurts so much.

well, now you realize it is a mistake, that is a big step toward the
correction already.
i had the same problem, or maybe i still have.
my cure is to use compact back swing.

发帖数: 165 | 14 According to Johnny Miller, swings with a slow back swing tends to "hold-up"
(stay in ryhthm, I guess) better when performing under pressure. Some how
I got the impression that Lorena Ochoa got a slow back swing too... may be
wrong. |
