almost on plane during the
backswing and downswing. no fly right elbow and pretty flat swing plane. he
has fast tempo and compact
backswing (probably 10 o'clock) which I think may increase the consistent of
your swing. I am right now
working on restrict my backswing. I tend to overswing. Just my 2 cents. :)

read 1-2- during the swing. 1- for backswing, 2- for downswing.
2. loose the arms, relax them.
power comes from loose muscle. Intense muscle slows down the movement.

发帖数: 10701 | 9 by the way, typhoon, don't be too superstitouw about the swing plane thing.
swing plane turns to be serious important when a good coordination betwen
arm, shoulder, hip and leg.
Beginners have good swing planes as I observed 'coz most of them swing the
club using the arms only.
Overswing means, most likely, you swing your arm using your arms only too.
We are all old and don't have a real flexiblity to over the paralle postion
on the top.
