就是florida statutes 790里面有规定,
carrying concealed weapon "commits a misdemeanor of the first degree"
然后concealed weapon的定义是concealed的xxx,yyy,zzz,等等,以及
"other deadly weapons"
而这个deadly weapons在statutes里面没有明确定义
所以结论就是你如果没有ccw license的话指不定哪个刀就算deadly weapon了
不出事则以如果真比方说用它自卫伤了人,至少也是得折腾一下请律师
因为不是明文规定的合法
有ccw的话上面那个违法的条款就自动不适用了,随身carry啥都行,别让人看到就好

to fit it for being carried in the pocket." 如果你有ccw，带啥小刀都无所谓，
藏着就很好了。

那个common pocket knife没有具体解释，但可以看这个

the vast majority of cases, it will be evident to citizens and fact-finders
whether one's pocketknife is a "common" pocketknife under any intended
definition of that term."

随便带。
唯一限制的就是ballistic knife，也就是使命召唤里的弹射刀，刀可以飞出去那种

个价。 |

再次是随身带的三刃木，16刀
其他的都是YY货
