按照教程
C:\> diskpart
DISKPART> list disk
Select the USB device from the list and substitute the disk number
below
when necessary
DISKPART> select disk 1
DISKPART> clean
DISKPART> create partition primary
DISKPART> select partition 1
DISKPART> active
DISKPART> format fs=fat32
DISKPART> assign
DISKPART> exit
xcopy G:\*.* /s/e/f U:\
(G为Windows安装盘的盘符)
整个教程里面，只看到Format和Xcopy
这令我很奇怪，如果这样，怎么能用U盘引导得起来？
换句话：这个过程里面为什么缺少了把引导区写入U盘的步骤？ |

have later tried on Vista and this limitation appears removed. But for those
using Windows XP I have found an alternative method.

你试过没有?我是用软件搞的。

我是指，为什么Vista和以后的系统只需要运行diskpart就行了
而xp的系统需要特别地运行bootsect /nt60？
是因为Vista的diskpart有额外的向U盘的写bootsect的功能？
如果是，那么是哪个动作在向U盘写bootsect？
如果不是，那么U盘又是怎么引导的？
这话本身没问题
但是按原文的意思，已经装了Vista/win7/2008server不需要执行这一步

Win7系统，制作server 2k8的启动安装usb，的确不需要bootsect就能bootable

启动时候先检查启动扇区，没有就不会读后面吧，也就不知道是不是win7了。

假设win7的引导程序是windows/boot.exe或ntldr，
那么计算机系统是怎么知道要定位到那个文件的？
此外，系统在执行的win7的引导文件之前，也需要装载fat/ntfs模块
难道这两样都已经固化到bios里面了？

active
Use the active command to set the current in-focus partition to "active."
This setting informs the firmware that the partition is a valid system
partition. Diskpart does not validate the partition contents.
这里比较ambiguous，只说了verify，没说"write"
而且"mark"听起来只像是设置boolean参数，而不是真正地在分区的头扇区中写信息
