organized and clean, easy-going, normal living schedule, no party, no
smoking, no long term overnight guest, and pay rent on time.
The rooms will be available from mid January to beginning Feb, 2012.
Each room will only be allowed live ONE PERSON.
Big room has a walk-in closet and balcony. Wooden floor. about 150-200 foot
square.
Small room has a small walk-in closet, 2 large windows. wooden floor. about
90 foot square. good for someone does not have a lot of stuff and big
