1000 square feet in good condition. Large living, open kitchen, very
spacious. The room can fit a full size or queen size bed, desk, shelf, chair
. with large balcony. full of sunshine during day time.
The apartment is about 7-8 mins to grand ave subway station. 3 mins walk to
great wall chinese supermarket. 1 min walk to laundry. 10 mins walk to
queens mall, 7-8 mins walk to elmhurst ave where all restaurants are. very
convinient.
current roomate is full time working profession in manhattan. organized,
clean, easy going.
look for some one who is respectful, organized, clean, easy going, does not
party at home or bring over night guest.
