近期发现做bus上班太危险,被抢过被偷过,所以像换个地方住。可是跟房东签了一年
的合同,现在才四个月。之前与房东沟通过,房东说只要找到下一家就可以搬出去。所
以就开始贴广告,招人来看房。由于房子地方还行,这个城市房源又很短缺,所以很快
就能租出去。所以,我也就放心地很快签了下个房子,打算12.1搬家。 但是!!就在

you.
是不是说要是我找到了合适的人选,但是房东要是不同意,他就得自己承担损失?
