I'm a F2.Came USA in July.Now I got a position in a research group in
an university.I got my Ph.D in China.Now the professor agree to help me
transfer my visa to H1.
My question is what I need to do?What document I need to prepare,such
as diploma certification. If I need diploma certification.Is it better to
get it in China and can I get it in China for I left my diploma
certification at home in China.
How long I can get my H1 visa.Before that the professor can not give | f*****S

2. Make a copy of all your status proof documents such as passport,I-94.
3. Make a copy of marriage certificate and get it notarized.
