标 题: 如果有医院当年出示的出生证明,交485时可否只提供翻译件和翻译人签字

公证是不是就不许要了? USCIS 的 I485 instruction上好像是这么说的, 不知道我的

呢？另外，医院证明一般是个什么格式，比如：兹证明，×××于××年××月××日
生于××，父亲××，母亲××。。。然后盖个章，可不可以？ 多谢。 | s******t

但是医院用现在的日期开证明，不清楚是否可以。按说用现在日期开证明，需要官方的
机构出具。最好拿着这个去找户口所在地的公安局开 出生证明。
