这是Dependent 485 遭遇 REF，
要求材料有三：
Item 1: completed G325A
Item 2: proof of continuous employment authorization from the date filed 485
to the present. (include documents)
Item 3: submit a list describing your employment history since your last
lawful admission to the US on. This list shall include the name and location
of each employer, the job title/position, ant the exact date of employment
in the month/day/year format.
关键是第三条，律师不太给力，有几个问题想请教各位专家和过来的同学：
1. 是否只要提供exactly 其中要求的the name and location of each employer, the
job title/position, ant the exact date of employment in the month/day/year
format。
a. 是否需要注明 OPT/CPT, full time/part time, contractor, paid/unpaid.
b. 是否需要提供相应的证明，offer letter， paychecks，etc。
c. 请问过来人，有没有个模版可以借鉴，多谢！
2. Employment history 里面是否要包括在学校做RA／TA。 如果包括，occupation 填
student？
3. 在OPT期间，做过几个contractor jobs，internship，有些没有payroll，有些没有
正式的paperwork。如果按paycheck纪录，肯定有有些gap的，total超过120天。
a.请问，这里USCIS会不会根据你提供的employment history， 细查你有没有在OPT
期间out of status？
b.如果有可能，该如果应对？我们基本上填满了gap，填上了unpaid internship,
part time contractor.
c. 请问USCIS通常如果check这些status？ 是查学校的SEVIS 6 month reports？
那个report我们没问题，都有按时报告，但是那个不需要提供任何证明的。
