My eb1 (b) was denied yesterday with premium processing. The reason of
denial was that "There are no provisions for self-petitioning under this
classification. A review of the record demonstrates that the petition was
signed by ... (the beneficiary) and marked as a "self" petition. As the
beneficiary is ineligible to self-petition, the filing may not be approved".
My laywer was very sure that eb1 (b)
