140批了,485 pending,手上有AP,准备两周后回趟国,然后用AP回来.
今天H1B的延期申请批了.突然发现有这么一说:
If the Service approves the alien's application for an extension of
nonimmigrant status, the decision granting such an extension will have the
effect of terminating the grant of parole and admitting the alien in the
relevant nonimmigrant classification.
是不是说我的H1B延期申请的批准使我手上的AP失效了啊?
很急,请大家帮忙看看,有没有类似经历的出来说说.谢谢!
