contacted TSC to send the approval and petition to NSC, and it took 20 days
and received email confirmation
saying now everything is with NSC (email to followup account at TSC always
work no matter you called or not!
but NSC is not that nice).
March 24 sent file transferring request by regular mail (big mistake!), and
IO at NSC told me they only care
about certificate letter or oth | U*******0

service request?), 要求transfer 485, 给了confirmation#, 说USCIS会发信通知
transfer成功，如果1个月后没收到信, 可以再电话询问。
反正485一动不动，也不知道relink了没有。 | m********8

link的。file了service request之后连续两天LUD,然后，就又没有消息了，:(((
