research。之前他们医院有一个关于移民的讲座，医院请来的律师说老公因为不是全职
research，是不能办EB1b的。可是刚看版上说如果只要能证明是permenant job，就可
以办，所以想问一下，老公这种到底可不可以直接去找HR，开证明然后自己申请？
另外，把老公的情况说一下，请大家评价一下可能性，有什么地方需要加强的.万分感

PhD, EE major, Journal 7篇1作，3篇其他作者，5篇会议文章，但是不知道是领域缘
故还是他们做的太偏了，只有1篇他引（这也是我们最头疼的地方），当过4次reviewer
，没有采访，没有专利。除了校级的奖没有award。
像他这种情况EB1A是不是想都不用想，要是EB1b行不通的话只能NIW了？谢谢！！！ |

但是他的job description中有写除了clinical外还需要做research。他工作快一年了
，加上博士如果算research两年半的话，应该够3年了，是不是够资格file了？ |

没有提具体内容，唯一有提到research的也只有job description里的一小段：“
Participate in clinical and basic research in computed tomography, digital
mammography and radiation dosimetry.” 这样可以算数吗？如果不算，要怎么跟老
板或者HR negotiate一下呢？其实老公平时大多数时间都是在做research，他们医院不
做research survive不了。。。

，但是老公以前确认过，是permanent的，所以是不是要要HR再搞一份，证明是
permenant的job？那research那方面呢，要提吗？

说只能最多续三年（虽然以后可以renewal)，所以就不是permanent

可我老公其实是一半clinical一半research，那要提吗？还是只提research？但那样，
万一碰到的这个IO知道一般他们这种title不做research的，会不会很麻烦？
