Chicago Lockbox facility, and your receipt Number begins with "MSC". you
must include a copy of the I797C.....
I should fall into category of C(9), but my 485 were filed to TSC and my
receipt number begins with "SRC".
My question is I can not complete meet instruction, which address should I
