I got a FRE from the Officer: XM0399 at TX (premium processing) this morning
. The FRE has four pages long and lists all the criterions (7-8) from the
website. I guess the officer didn't read my case at all. Even some no claim
evidences, the officer 399 still asked for the FRE. I filed the case by
myself and the layers I called this morning for help wouldn't like to file
the RFE for me since the timeline and the nature of the premium processing
recently.

了. 我是觉的,既然可以diy,那么其实自己可以选择律师, 索性就花钱请个负责的律师.
有律师endorse, 落到399手里,399还是会多少收敛的,否则一看diy的案子,会没有顾忌

的，主要几个方面的要点都有表现（除了一些语句上不够strong)。你参照那个应该有所
启发。
我看过版上0399给一位兄弟的RFE，我觉得还是靠谱的。你还是要多看看自己的问题所在
。最后所谓要求其它没有申请方面的证据，我看基本上算是启发petitioner如何展示自
己的EA而已。

I do not see the point in responding to this RFE, because I believe PPF
unit will deny this case, no matter what you show them. The lawyer
suggested me:
1, withdraw this case and file a new EB1-1 with normal unit, not PPF.
2 Or, you can respond to RFE, but I would not assist with that.
My background is in pharmaceutical company, 22 papers and one FDA approval
drug, 205 indepentent citations, review 21 times for five jo |

。我想你还是应该好好准备下，不一定可以通过，但至少自己尽力了，如果不行再重递

I know some lawyers only charge about $2500 for RFE.

my NIW got free RFE ( first $5000 for 140, $1000 for RFE, $2000 for I-485
for my family and $1000 two RFE for my I-485: CV or translate for birth
certificate, DAM!!!)

processed, however no approve. |
