still pending now. So can I submit
my I140 without the approval notice of H1B, but with received notice of my
H1B pending case.
My H1B extension has been pending over four months now. I am not sure when I
can get the approval notice.
But I really want o submit my I140 as soon as possible.
Anyone had same situation before? Thanks a lot. |

notice.
